The location of the apartment is a bit out of the way, but it is still convenient. You can easily walk to the supermarket and it's just a short stroll to the beach. the neighborhood is also safe and the locals are friendly, making you feel right at home. the apartment itself is well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Plus, the small terrace is a nice addition, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the mornings.

The front door of the apartment can be a bit sticky, which can be a hassle when you're trying to get in or out.

Great value for money with a clean and cozy room. The location was perfect, a quiet neighborhood with shops and cafes nearby, and a short walk to the marina and central beaches.

The hotel breakfast menu could offer more variety.

We especially loved the sunny patio outside the terrace, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. Francisco, the owner, was attentive and always available to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. the location was great, within walking distance to supermarkets, the beach, and the lively town of Arroyo de la Miel. We couldn't have asked for more, everything was perfect!

There were a couple of drawbacks. the walk down to the town was quite steep, making it a bit challenging for some guests.

Located in a quiet residential area, but with a short walk to the Marina and center of Arroya. Close to railway stations in both directions. Excellent host, readily available if needed. Comfortable bed, brand new interior, fully equipped kitchen, nice terrace, and washing machine. Allowed us to check out late to match our flight. Good location within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. Fully renovated apartment.

Stayed at this apartment and had the joy of experiencing an onsite restaurant, shared lounge, beautiful garden, and free WiFi. Oh, and let's not forget the exciting opportunity to go cycling in the thrilling surroundings!

Just a small inconvenience, but it was quite amusing how the nearest airport was located at a whopping distance from the apartment. Such a hilariously inconvenient situation!
